The outside is beautiful, BUT, the inside not so much. I looked at the 1/1 and it was very clastrophobic. There wasn't even room for a kitchen table, the one at the tour room blocked the doors to a pantry. So, either table or couch but not both. Also, terrible design flaw as the air conditioner was built into the wall with the back facing out IN THE LIVING ROOM WALL. The main living room wall. Why would I pay $500 a month for that? Great for those with a low budget if you dont mind the design flaws, but I personally say no.

Dont be fooled by the prices of the Village. I was a resident for 2 years, I always paid on time and stayed quiet my entire residencey. I moved out in December 2017. The apartment was in great condition seeing how I was there for 2 years. They even came to do a walk through prior to me moving out because I was transferring to another Edward Rose & Son Apartment Complex and it was apart of their policy. After my inspection they said the apartment was in great condition due to me having been there 2 years and that as far as damages go it was just normal wear and tear of an apartment. Fast forward to a month after I moved I get a bill for $379.28. Due to cuts on counter tops and damaged carpet. As far as the countertops go they may have been some scratches but not actual cuts and there was absolutely no damage to the carpet whatsoever. If you move from an apartment the carpet has to replaced no matter what, so I truly believe that I am just being billed for he carpet because they dont want to pay the out of cost prices themselves. If you move here be aware that the walls are thin and you can hear other people being very noisy, maintenance is very slow and if you decided to move they will try to find a way to make up false claims to bill you. I do not recommend anyone move into these apartments. You can be a model resident and they will still mistreat you and the leasing office themselves are very rude!!!

Very helpful with everything that we have needed maintenance wise. Easy to live here peacefully as long as you follow the rules. Office staff friendly and helpful as well.

I love my new apartment. Location is great, close to work and everything you may need. My only complain would be that I feel maintenance seems to just want to come in when I am not home. My first apartment here it took them 6+ months for them to take care of a minor problem. Let's see with this new one. Overall, office staff is great, polite and I enjoy living here. I do recommend it. Its a matter of good communication with staff. The place is affordable and clean. Thank you!!

We're glad that you love your new apartment. However, concerning your maintenance issue, proper notifications were put up in each apartment building and online regarding the mandatory preventative maintenance check that was scheduled for your apartment. These checks allow us to replace furnace filters and keep each apartment up to code to ensure the best living experience within our community. Please contact Anthony (Ast.
