Maintenance is good - easy to submit requests and promptly addressed. Apartments are reasonably modern and well maintained. 24/7 mini-gym access (a bike, tredmill, and 4 piece-multi set). Prices are a bit high compared to other apartment complexes within a 10 mile radius.
