I currently rent at Willow Creek Apartments in Westland, MI. A very combative woman by the name of Patrice just told me that there is no one higher than her to speak to and refused to provide a number to corporate. All I asked was for a time frame in which I can expect someone to come and fix my AC unit, as I am work from home and it's the summer, making it extremely hot in my apartment. I was told how short handed they are and that there is no way to give a time frame. To my clear understanding, I pay my rent to include central air, that I'm not receiving. Why should I bare to be uncomfortable, receive excuses with no type of resolve, and poor customer service? It's extremely sad that this property basically begs for renters, but doesn't show any care in how to keep them. I'm upset that when asked for the number to corporate, I'm told, "It gets no higher than me.", instead of obliging my request. I expect someone to contact me directly by email or phone no later than Monday, August 16th by 5pm, EST.
Update: It is now August 19th. My air conditioning is still not working. I've called Harvest Properties LLC, twice, no response what so ever. Higher than mighty Patrice, has yet to contact me with a timeframe as to when my air conditioning will be fixed and it's been higher than 80 degrees all week and will continue to be for at least the next week. Meaning it hits close to 100 degrees in my unit. Don't waste your life or time with Willow Creek or Harvest Properties LLC, they don't care about anything but your rent.

The apt was nice, but when me and the lady from the office walk into the hallway to get into the apt the smell was unbearable. Hallway very dirty. It turned me away.

The apartments were nice, they give off a home-ly vibe. They are spacious and seemed to be very quiet

Horribley staffed. The apartments are in horrible condition and every thing is constantly breaking. And no one that works here cares or wants to help in the slightest
