The office personnel are friendly and helpful. The landings apartment complex are constantly upgrading the property and apartments. I really enjoy the new fountain in the lake behind my apartment.
It is a quiet comunity. There aren't a lot of floors and stairs which is great. I live in the older apartment building so I hear more sounds from neighbors than I'd like at times but its not a nuisance. I love the professionalism of the office staff and maintainence workers. Iwill and I have recommended the Landings to friends as a great place to live. The rent is affordable too!
I love my apartment and the staff that helped me are awesome.
Very pretty, love the landscape: there are a few little lakes and channels that connect them; I go for walks and it almost seems to be walking in a park. I leave in an end unit, so I have extra light and fresh air from additional windows. I love the view on the lake and clubhouse from the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpful; some of them leave in the complex as well. Close to a lot of different stores, restaurants, movie theaters, main streets but tucked away so peaceful and quite.
When I first arrived here I was taken by the nice landscaping, the ponds, it's attractive office building with the large pool for residents. The apartment buildings also had a pleasing look to them and found it held a peaceful tone to it all. As a rental resident I always have to enjoy the outside as well as the indoors of apartment living.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
