IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I COULD. Worst place at doing business ever, period. I talked to Misty that I was interested in the apartment. Everything was great until I had found a better apartment located by my job and they would not give me my money back. Misty kept saying that she did not know why I wasn't getting my money back. I called several times and some guy told me it takes 30 business days just to return my $75.00 holding fee. Mind you I did this in February on the 11th and it is the 13th Of March today and I am just now getting my money. I am so disgusted with this place. I will never live here, ever. Or do business here ever again, period. They would take down my name and phone number and say they would tell her to call and never did. I kept asking to speak to Stacy and Misty kept saying she was not there, but when I told my best friend would call Misty would put her right on the phone. I thought this place was more professional than this.The only reason I have my money now is because I called and emailed and had to show up to the office in person as well, because they were really trying to keep my money. Then Misty tried to play me and said I did not pay all of it and so I would not get anything back. But I have screenshots and email conformations of my ALL receipts. So after I send them to her through email to show her I paid in full, she never emailed me back again. Because she know she was wrong. Do not tell me I did not pay something when I actually did and I have proof. When I went up to speak with them in person, I asked Misty why she did not respond to my emails and she said because she said she did not have an answer for me, which meant she knew she was wrong in the first place. Then the property manager Stacy was NO HELP at all, so unprofessional. I asked why it would take 30 business days because it just did not make any sense to me, it sounded so iffy to me and she kept saying I don't know. WORSE PLACE EVER. I would never live here ever.
Do not waste your time!!!! You will regret signing your name on the lease especially under this new management. I am counting the hours for this lease to be over!!! Do not make my mistake.
I had a friend stay here and I was impressed. I hope they have a opening.
