    I love it here.I lived here once before, but then I moved to California years ago and when I came back I knew exactly where I wanted to move and that's back here at the Orchards. The ladies are great and extremely nice. It's a great place to live.

    l moved here from the City of Detroit, a lot of gun fire, Deaths, and also home invasions ,and car thefts, l was looking for a safe place to live,And i found it at the orchards of Newburg, very peaceful and quite. lam going on my third year as a resident,and loving every moment of it.

    I'm disappointed in the maintenance and what's an actual emergency to get fixed. Rent is too high for no return should have washer and dryer in apartment. I have a 6 month old son and we're living in mold do to a leaky a/c unit and a leaking dishwasher and has already form mold, but apparently it's not an emergency to breathing in mold all day everyday. I will never rent here again, I won't refer people to these apartments .
