Hawthorne Club
Hawthorne Club is a quiet and peaceful community with country charm. Our recreational facilities include a picnic area with barbeque grills and tables that overlook wooded areas. For our resident's enjoyment and relaxation, the sparkling pool is almost completely surrounded by woods. For our active residents, hop on over to Edward Hines Park, which is a stone's throw away. We are also a pet friendly community that welcomes cats and dogs. We would love to have you stop by anytime to see your new luxurious home.
Lease Terms
We offer variable lease terms (6-13 month; 6 month leases available after renting at our community for a year). Security Deposit: starting at $300 and can go up to 1 months rent. <BR>Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly community that welcomes cats and dogs. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and a monthly fee of $25 per pet. Per apartment, we allow 1) one or two cats, 2) one dog, 50 lbs or less or 3) one cat and one dog, 50 lbs or less. Cats and dogs must be spayed or neutered. Cats must be declawed.

We were in to view an apartment and found the grounds and apartments nice (needs a little updating) but good for the money and staff, although busy, very accommodating! We visited a few other locations that day with hardly the same impression. We were also impressed with the teamwork and courtesy the staff displayed while we were there. You just don't see that in today's society and also the reason why I decided to review this property.

Don't like new manager. She is not welcoming or inviting. Maintenance isn't the same.
