No Summer BBQ's at Aldingbrooke Properties? I'm a nine year resident who was just informed via email that I can't have my bbq on Aldingbrooke properties. Now they are sounding threatening that I am violating my lease!? I have done nothing. wrong and bought the bbq the first month I moved here and have been bbq'ing with other renters for years. This is obviously a change and is outrageous that we also have to pay $20 a month for insurance plus almost a $100 extra for trash and water and etc. I have done nothing wrong and I have a huge common backyard. They need to address this in a more civil manner.

Management is very rude! they expect everyone person that lives in the townhouse to have an $8000 dollar income so if 3 people are sharing the townhome you have to make 24,000 dollars and they don't tell you that in the beginning they just say 4 times the rent but never mention every person and they Application fee is 160.00 for the primary and $100 each additional person that's living there that's not refundable.

I stayed there for over 2 years and after moving out they sent me a bill for 800$ for damages when the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and returned without any damages. The carpet was in pretty good condition. They don't accept calls and try to talk about it over email and don't have the courage to explain the charges. It was really a good experience until this happened. I would not suggest anyone move here and lose money.
