Round Hill

The rent is very high compared to other communities in the surrounding area. I could get a mortgage for a 3 bedroom house with a garage for around the cost of the one bedroom apartment I live in. Other than that, the level of service I receive is very good and I couldn't ask for a better staff.

Building was recently repainted, but carpet in hall is now paint stained and needs replacement, and the front door needs repairs. The pavement throughout the property also requires extensive repairs.

when we had snow many times I would go to work at 1 pm and my sidewalks still weren't shoveled or salted.

Round Hill apartments, for the most part, have been a quiet community to live in. They keep their grounds very clean and I have never had an issue with maintenance with my unit. My only complaint is the past couple years that I've lived here is that they have raised the rent by $50 or more each year.

Very happy with the responsiveness of the front office staff, and maintenance staff when needed.
