I been here for 13 years I love it here. They make you feel like you are part of a family. Good maintenance ,Good management well kept up property. It's Beautiful here. I thank God everyday for directing us here.

These are decent apts for sure. What stinks is the price gouging. They continuously increase the rent to where its no longer affordable. When I first moved in my rent was $1600, now its $1800. On top of that, they had to come in and fix some things in one of the bathrooms and they never came back to repaint it. Theyve also changed the rules of the pool so you can no longer bring a floating device, they say no kids under the age of 13 without a parent and there are always kids running around without supervision and splashing others. They closed the clubhouse and workout facility for over 6 months and when asked about getting money off since we werent able to use the amenities, the manager said the workout facility was NOT an amenity. How can they list the gym as an amenity in their listing then say it isnt one?? Another thing is the ants and spiders! They are out of control and this issue has been brought up time and time again and they havent done anything. I wont be renewing my lease this year.
