Yesterday, I took my daughter to get the keys for her new apartment. She had applied online and paid the deposit, but she had never seen the actual unit she was going to live in. We were both very excited and hopeful, but when we got there, we were shocked and disappointed. The apartment building was filthy, reeked of weed, and had nasty carpets. The unit itself was nothing like what she had expected. She had asked for a fully updated apartment, like the one they showed in the office, with painted walls, a beautiful kitchen and bathroom, and new floors. But what we saw was very old, dirty, and run-down. My daughter looked very hurt and upset, and I felt angry and cheated. Thankfully, there was a very nice young lady named Tori who was working at the office that day. She was not the usual staff member who handled the applications, but she was very sweet and kind. She called the management for Harlo Apartments and told them that my daughter did not want the apartment and wanted to see the all-white updated unit like the one in the office. They said they would get back to us on Monday and try to find a suitable apartment for her. I hope they do, because this is not good business to give someone something you would not want to live in yourself. Please always make sure you get to see what you will be paying for before you sign any lease or pay any money.

management is inattentive and simply do not care about concerns of their residents. it was like pulling teeth trying to speak to someone on the phone for the longest, they would claim "the lines are disconnected"..but how many times are they going to be "disconnected"?? there's garbage floating around the parking lots and back door. the hallways wreak of smoke & are dirty. you have to beg them to throw salt for ice on the sidewalks and in front of the doors.management is rude & can never get a hold of the office manager. dont even call to put in a noise complaint because your neighbors are disruptive all throughout the night, the only REAL solutions they recommend is to "call 911". they have no intentions on fixing issues that can potentially make their residents uncomfortable. and they DO NOT enforce community noise policies like they claim to do. this has been an ongoing issue forever. not sure why they act like they have zero control of their complex? spoke to multiple workers throughout the years and of course absolutely no solutions, just attitude. if you want to argue make sure to give them a call, they'll make sure to deliver if nothing else. do better

Looking fr a 1bedroom apt age 53 on section 8 and disability need to no if u guys acceppt section 8 vouchers looking to move the end of november begging of zdecember
