Lease Terms: 12 month lease. We also offer Month to Month leases at an additional $50 per month for all current tenants. New tenants will be eligible after their 12 month lease expires. We charge a $35 Application Fee per adult applicant. All monies need to be paid in a money order during the move in process. After move in, residents are able to pay rent with personal checks and cashier's checks. All applicants need to income qualify for an apartment and be aware that we do run a criminal background & credit history check. Application approvals are based off of all these requirements. Unfortunately, we DO NOT accept Section 8.
