Made Management aware of some repair items, (thermostat, broken blinds, missing screen on door wall) month after month....nothing done.

Tivoli apartments gets an average rating from me, because it is in a great location it is near school, bus route, and main freeways. Upon moving in, there were minor things that needed to be fixed, however that is normal. My only concern is in the laundry facilities on site. After it rains there is water leaking from the ceiling, which is now causing mold to grow in the laundry, the walls are starting to crack and peel.

Our apartment was no where near ready move in day. Office staff and maintenance have made multiple promises and appt dates to fix things. Never showed up five different times. 6 months after move in and things still aren't finished. Multiple times got locked out/in because door got stuck. Maintenance has made no contact to finish items in over a month. As soon as our lease is up, we are moving.
