This place is the schetchiest apartment complex I have ever lived at. Constant issues with the apartment itself and when dealing with the office staff. They act sweet but are truly no help when it comes down to it. Dont get set in this trap.

Any issues I had were taken care of right away! This is my First time in an Apartment!
Also the plowing & sidewalks are taken care of very well and promptly!
I feel safe because the hall lights are always on at night.
I love the open stairs in the hall.. no carpet which gathers things from your shoes!!
Their are monthly insentives and the girls in the office came around to EVERYONE at Christmas with a small goodie Bag, so sweet & that was ALOT of work! Thanks

PS... Great Closet space and pantry in my unit. I am in an older model, but I needed a new fridge and the day after I moved in was given a new one ,thanks Ed for putting all my food in my new one

FIrst off excellent maintenance team. The property management team which is really glorified customer service is lacklustre. First Pacific which owns the property is a wretched capitalist enterprise. Thought I'd save a couple hundred dollars and recieved: a beat-up apartment with a gas leak after I was told I would be getting an upgraded unit, told the gas leak was a minute gas leak and would have been fine for months, property is not maintained well at all due to cost cutting yet unregulated rent: crumbling pavement, antiquated and unmaintained heating system as well as broken windows patched up with yellow tape since spring. Have called over 5 times to have my heat fixed to no fault of the maintenance, given space heater but unable to utlize them properly due to faulty outlets, also complained about neighbors who didn't take their garbage out which smelled up my apartment was told after the third time "we can only tell someone so many times." when I mentioned this impeded on the company's contractual obligation toward me the tune changed yet whenever I walk into the office, the service sector employee barely making above minimum wage pulls her nose and holds her head up high as if I am scum and not paying her wage through my rent along with tax cuts and subsidies which the company is also not using to sufficiently maintain its property. I will be demanding financial compensation for not receiving the full utilities I am paying for in conjunction with the higher electric bill at the cost of the space heaters I was provided.

Again excellent service from blue collar employees, psuedo property management employees not so much and property company really needs the government to step in and regulate them.
