Absolutely horrible. So happy to be leaving this unsafe, dirty, rundown building next month. Elevator has been broke for 6 MONTHS. Have had three different management companies . . . none are any better than the others. Constant problems. Building is not well-maintained. The fact they use "luxury" in their marketing materials is both laughable and criminal . Spend your money elsewhere . . DO NOT RENT HERE!

The place is alright. A little pricey for what you get. The air circulation in these units it terrible. I lived on the top floor and during the summer time, the ac unit is not strong enough to cool the apartment. Because its on the top floor its extra hot. Maintenance is good to repond if there is an emergency. My biggest issue was getting them to stop charging me after I left. I ended up buying a house 2 months before the end of my lease. I found a subleaser, and they were moved in on the first of that month. I told the office to remove me from the lease and take me off of auto pay which they said they did and would. Two months later, they are still charging me for rent and its a struggle to call them up and actually get them to do there job and remove me. They continue to give me the same line about its not them, and they use another company for billing. Thats great that you use another company for billing, but at the end of the day, you are responsible for removing your tenets profiles and stopping auto pay. Mediocre place for the price, good location, management I thought was alright, turns out to not be the case. Would not recommend. Elevator was broken more than it worked.

I am getting exited to move into Troy Place seems like a great place to live and a great price , I should be moving in real soon .. the management seems great

The manager is amiable. The complex even allows pet! Theres a workout room, which I frequent when I feel guilty about my lazy habits. I absolutely recommend living here.
