The empty townhouses and apartments I was initially shown were extremely outdated. To get anything remotely nice, you have to pay for an upgraded unit. In the apartments you can hear every sound of your upstairs AND downstairs neighbors. The floors are so horribly insulated that the floor vents carry sound when I am walking. The so called security door heading into the main apartment building never locks. The posted speed limit throughout the complex clearly states 10 mph, yet cars speed through constantly.

This is a very nice community. I have not one bad thing to say. The staff and maintenance people are !00%. Lovely ground. Lots of Bunnies and Robins.

I haven't had any major issues or delays in any kind of service I requested with leasing office. They are really fast when it comes to answering emails as I can't visit them in person most of the times. This would be my second year in this complex, I have liked it so far. Keep up the good work.
