    Did a drive by and was not impressed. Very run down. Not upset they notified me they had no vacancy's. Many broken patio fences and rain down spouts hanging off of buildings. Several junker cars in lots and potholes and snow removal not done well. They look way nicer from the street and on the website! Go drive thru there before you apply.

    I filled out an application and the application fee of $50 management is very pleasant to confer with exterior appears to be well-kept and maintenance-free I did not get a chance to look at any interior aspects of property other than leasing office it had that comfortable feeling where you feel like you're at home.

    The staff is very friendly and efficient. Apartment are kept up well. Grounds are lovely. Management even gives flats of flowers to those who want them.
