    Leaving review for a friend who currently lives there and is having lots of issues with management: The HVAC air conditioning units for several residents (10+) has failed. Harvest Properties management says air conditioning is a "luxury" and they are not required to have it repaired immediately. They have only 1 licensed HVAC technician on staff to service 100+ units within Heritage Glenn. It is Friday, 4pm, his AC went out again (after the HVAC technician replaced a fuse 3 times to get it to turn back on yesterday). Representative from management stated "most of the maintenance has already left for the day and your unit probably won't be repaired until Monday. My friend said he noticed that the land scaping crew that came to mow ran into the heat pump pushing it off the cement slab and hit the wires with their weed eater. The "licensed HVAC technician" with Heritage Glenn... didn't have a lot of time the day he came to fix it the first time and just wrapped electrical tape around the wires leading from the unit to the heat pump that had been stripped of their insulation showing bare wire, and replaced a fuse in the air handler in his basement. He replaced the fuse 3 times before leaving saying he had to leave early for a Doctor's appointment that day, but when he left the AC was working and worked for about a day before failing again. When he called on Friday, the AC tech was over 100 miles away and unavailable to come back and repair it. This means that all tenants at Heritage Glenn, whose AC that was not working this weekend will not have air conditioning for the entire weekend. I'm posting this, in the event there are any tenants at Heritage Glenn who end up seeking medical attention for heat related illnesses due to Management at Harvest Properties (Heritage Glenn Townhomes) failing to repair the air conditioning in a timely manner. Contact an attorney about your tenant rights!

    I lived here for 4 years, the townhomes are clean and large. I do not have anything bad to say about where am living. The price is right . Never had any issues.

    Moved some 5 months back and regret my decision. Average time for maintenance to show up is 5-6 days and after numerous calls. Appliance are old and completely junk but they will not replace?? Kitchen cabinets are so old that might fall any time. Kitchen ceiling water leakages seems a common problem. The floor is so old that it makes a noise even when my cat walks. Junk!!!
