GREAT PLACE..i work where I love everyone
We have been here for eight years and will be here for another three (hopefully). Maintenance is awesome and honest. Judy is on top of her game. She goes above and beyond. Dont read the negative comments. People are more likely to put a negative comment than positive. This is home for us. We love it. I have left money on the table and I completely forgot about it. Maintenance did come in and never touched one penny. Its a great place to live at.
I would like to say that our stay at the Preserves has been nothing but fantastic. We are on our second apartment here and could not be happier. I love the Park like setting through the complex. The staff is fabulous and the manager Judy is top notch. Everyone is very caring and always listens if you have an issue. Maintenance is fantastic. The grounds are always clean. I see someone out every morning on my way to work, riding around looking for any trash on the grounds. It is also very safe here. People are very friendly. Convenient to freeways and all sorts of shopping and entertainment. You can't go wrong calling the Preserves home.
Great place to live
The apartment was not ready for 15 days after my original move in day. They told me 1 week before moving in. The day we went to sign all the papers and move in, the office was understaffed. My wife and I were shocked by how dirty and dusty the apartment was. The ceramic floors had construction dust and dirt that was so caked on we had to scrub the floors for 2 days with brushes and tooth brushes in the cracks to make them half decent. The carpet looked like it was vacuumed, but after vacuuming it ourselves, the bin on our Shark Rotator filled several times in our 1 bedroom unit. They give you a paper at move in to notate all the scratches and dents that you see in the place that has to be returned to them promptly. My wife and I needed another piece of paper just to fit everything we noticed. They convinced us before moving in the walls and windows were soundproof...they're not. The parking is absolutely terrible. The garages do not fit large SUV's or pickup trucks. The management expects you to park your vehicles in your garage and/or just outside of it. There are not enough parking spots remaining to accommodate buildings 49 and 50 residents. Good luck having guests over. There's a clubhouse in building 49 with another office, small gym and racquetball court. Just outside of that, there is a tennis and basketball court. During the summer, there can be up to 15 cars with 30 people playing basketball, all of them non residents. They leave trash, smoke weed, urinate behind the dumpster, and park in every spot and all along the street with no regard for any of the residents. It's not a welcoming site to come home to after work. And just a few days ago, the management put signs in half the parking spots claiming them for the clubhouse. Things could have been very different, even pretty good, but the management in the office is horrendous. Maintenance staff is decent. If I was someone looking for an apartment, I would try to address all these concerns before moving in.
