The apartments here are spacious and the community is very safe and friendly. Maintenance is extremely timely and issues are solved very quickly. The staff are very kind people and are willing to work with you. I have no complaints. This place feels like home.

After an extensive house search, my fiance and I decided on Lakeside Terraces. The amenities of the community, it's location, and the wonderful office staff helped make our decision to rent an apartment rather than buy a house easy. The community is beautiful, and it's great location makes it easy to get to and from work and other necessities. Their convenient application process and amazing office staff made the whole - usually tiring - move in process easy and convenient. Between being able to keep our cats and not pay an arm and a leg for them, the in unit washer and dryer, and the dishwasher, My fiance and I couldn't be happier!

The apartments are spacious and homey. The neighbors are very friendly, and the grounds are well maintained. The staff hosts little parties for residents to meet their neighbors, which adds to the sense of community.
