love the location and the well kelp yards
maintenance staff is friendly, quick and get job done. leasing office staff on other hand is different story. they're friendly until you run into a problem. won't go into specific details cuz i'm sure they read this so they'll know who it is, but it was just a classic case of shoot now ask questions later. instead of being proactive and finding out what really happened, leasing staff comes out guns blazing and then just says oh you're fine no worries. oh gee thanks.
I love this place. I never have had any problems here. When something breaks they fix it quickly. If I could afford to stay here I would but the rent went up 60 dollars this year. Hate that I have to move.
worst apartments and the ruddest staff i EVER had to deal with !!!! terrible interior. cannot stress the word "rude" enough.
