      Theres no communication (no answering phone calls, emails, even letters) and when you go in to talk face to face they arent pleasant. Renewed my lease last summer and half way through the year they decide this never happened and started charging month to month including all the late fees from the past 6 months. Got many notices to renew my renters insurance when I already did, finally got it cleared with someone, and still got the notices along with needing to constantly update my contact info. Whoever is in charge of the records needs to be fired. The neighbors are loud and you can smell pot constantly. Theres yelling next door and outside so much that cops were called and people play loud music till all hours of the night. If I could take the apartment and put it somewhere else with better staff it would be great because it looks nice and has a good price. If you can ignore the load noises and not being able to sleep, rude and non existent staff, and probably being wrongly charged than this place is for you!
