I was satisfied until I discovered a roach infestation in 2018 that is still an issue as of current. Their maintenance team entered the apartment to inspect the plumbing and reported me for "filth" when I have never allowed it to be that bad. The complex is lived in so there should be evidence of that within each apartment. I received an offensive letter that claimed I was in violation of the lease and was forced to let the management inside to snoop. I am a good tenant who has paid rent on time since I moved here and have not acquired a complaint. I should either be discounted for the inconvenience and embarassment of the roaches that have been present for two years or be moved to another building at no expense. I will no longer be polite about the issue and have considered discussing an escrow account because I am over the situation. $600 a month is too expensive for what I have experienced.
