I had to chase down the leasing team to make an appointment to bring in my deposit. Once moved in, I discovered burn and dye marks in the master bathroom and the water will not tun on at the sink. There are stains in the carpet and the staff, including the CEO are horrible at delivering customer service. The high rise is old, only has two maintenance men to cover almost 600 apartments. They're increasing the prices at numerous rates and the freight elevator hasn't worked since I've been here. My furniture is still in storage while I continue to accumulate that expense.
The apartment building was nice with other management. Now that we have new owners and staff it is horrible simple service request have not been met I had to do my own repairs because no one would do them when it's time for rent they will send you a notice for payments but for what they do not provide the worth of what your paying for. How does a apartment community go up on rent over 100 to 200 dollars a month saying it's market price that's not true I've done the homework insurance is higher in this area. It's ironic that every weekend the elevators break and garage doors break leaving your cars unprotected they really feel that the little upgrades that they have done will solve everything but the insides are all outdated when you tour just ask to go to the east wing it's so much more why am I still here I've been looking fir a house they are much cheaper and bigger but anyway so I really am doing something about This is long I just don't want anyone to fall for this foolishness here and I also plan to go futher.
I love the Sapphire!! Everything has been renewed. This new company have brought the luxury back to this building. New carpet on every level, painted the whole building in the hall ways, upgraded the gym, pool area, elevators, basement with new floors and doors, everything is in the process of an upgrade even the parking lot I can go on and on. It's located right off the freeway and it's safe! If you set up a tour you'll see for your self why I love it hereMe and my family have been here over 8 years. The staff is great and try really hard! I love it here!

Plumbing issues! This property is beautiful, but once you move in the problems will start. The water runs yellow, orange, and gray often. I've had my apartment flood and it took them months to fix the issue! This is the WORST place I've ever stayed in. Run. Run FAST!
