I currently live here as I speak September 8, 2018. The apartment staff is rude and refuse to assist with maintenance request.
They only keep the office nice and clean but the apartments are dirty and nasty.

Huge tarantula spiders come in the bedroom windows due to them never providing maintenance on the huge bushes of shrubbery in front of the apartments. Therefore HUGE SPIDERS AMONGST OTHER BUGS CRAW ALL OBER THE BALCONIES AND WINDOWS OF OUR APARTMENTS AND ENTER THROUGH THE WINDOWS. You will wake up to a numerous amount of bugs in your bedroom where you sleep .The manager ignores your maintenance request and so does the maintenance manager. I call this past Saturday around 11:30am/12pm and the leasing agent was a woman and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. She is the reason I did not come in for a visit and I will not come in for a visit due to here horrible customer service. It is unacceptable for a potential resident to feel discouraged and disrespected when asking for a time to come in and view an apartment. These are apartments look great and I would've probably filled out an application the same day but her over the phone service deterred me from even wanting to view the property.
