I met this lady my name of Tajuanna Watts and she is very pleasant when you have a manager that a sweetheart that make your stay very pleasant so that my main thing. Also it quiet and have a lots of space.

I just moved in a week ago and my husband and I have had a great experience so far! We came from The Sapphire apartment after being without hot water not to mention we went a 14 days without heat and water in our apartment so imagine the stress! Katrina was so sweet from day one and sensitive to our situation! Im glad we ended up here! Now we can comfortably prepare for our baby girl!
Yes it's a nice area
I believe the Sutton place has new owners which resulted in a tremendous hike in the rent. I would not recommend this place.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Please be advised that Sutton Place currently has construction going on near the front entrance of our complex on 9 mile rd. You will begin to see signs when you are heading South on 9 mile that state the connecting bridge ahead is out. Please note that the main entrance is still open. If you drive up to the barrier you will have the option of turning right into the complex. Access from the North will not be able to be used due to the bridge being out. Should you be coming from the North please use 10 mile to get to Lasher and then make a right onto Lasher and take it to 9 mile and then make a right onto 9 mile and enter through the main entrance which is still accessible to residents. Should you need any additional help please call our leasing office for advanced driving directions.
