I believe the Sutton place has new owners which resulted in a tremendous hike in the rent. I would not recommend this place.

I just moved in a week ago and my husband and I have had a great experience so far! We came from The Sapphire apartment after being without hot water not to mention we went a 14 days without heat and water in our apartment so imagine the stress! Katrina was so sweet from day one and sensitive to our situation! Im glad we ended up here! Now we can comfortably prepare for our baby girl!

I was excited to make plans to come view these apartments mostly because the rent seemed reasonable, only to find out that the rent stated on the website was not correct and I called a month ago and the price is still showing wrong.
