Very satisfied with our stay at Solaire - have been here approximate 4 years. Staff is very helpful, and they are always making improvements to the apartments, building and grounds. The community of Solaire is friendly and enjoyable. The cafe, indoor pool, exercise room, etc are all wonderful - well maintained and very accessible. Looking forward to many more years at Solaire!

After seeing a one and two bedroom I find Solaire to be better than most (in my experience). They offer just enough space for what I am working with, furniture wise. The young lady that showed us around was friendly and helpful. She was eager to assist. It's quiet. I found this to be true upon both visits and I inquired with a couple and two single people that already live there. I finally understand what some locations ask that your total income at least meet two months of the rent. Rent can and will increase at some point, you also have food and essentials that you must purchase and should not be broke in order to rent an apartment. Everything is included in the rent. They even include the water. See the brochure, because the online information may not be accurate. Thanks Solaire! I'll be back asap. Gotta tie up some lose ends. The residents are 62 years young and up, except for perhaps a few caregivers.

I moved in about 4 years ago, not really a bad place to move into but could be better. It went down from when I first moved in. The rent goes up at least $100 a year, the front bldg is the one that they really take care of. I was in the back bldg where everything goes on. The stealing of vehicles, break ins, drug deals, security doesn't check on anything. I had 3 friends in 1 night where all of them had their vehicles back windows knocked out & ignitions damaged along with some others in the bldg where the front gate (after 12am) was still up nobody checks anybody coming walking or riding. Security didn't even come and check on anyone when it happened says he was in the front bldg at the desk at 12am on the weekend. Never needed to use your gate card, gates were always open. 1 Elevator working in the back bldg other one still down 1, 1/2 yrs. Nice people that lived there. Alot of fires or false alarms, pool was down alot. Not enough characters to keep on typing. Oh and everything is not included in your rent. You pay for electric which everything is your water is added into your rent which goes up as well. I started with paying $35 for the water after it went up to $55, then the amount of the rent and total them together

I've requested information or a tour twice+ and can get no one to reply. I really like the description and the pictures but I can't find out if there is any vacancies. No one will reply.
