Great location, friendly staff.

I have been a resident for 7 years and every since the Hayman Company has taken over it has been my worst experience. It has gone down hill the rent has gone up every year and the water has been added along with an admin fee. When I first moved here in 2010 this was ran much better and my rent started at $546 now its up to $825 with nothing included!! You would think after being a faithful resident with only being late 3 times that some type of break would be given on the rent. Have been disappointed since 2014. The location is great as far as me getting to work only reason I'm still there and its hard finding apartments that's easy access to make my commute to work.

Everything was perfect.. I enjoyed living there.. The only problem was the laundry room.. Some people left their cloths in the washer or the dryer for more than 3 hours!! They don't think or care about other people who want to wash their cloths too! That's why I prefer to move to an other apartment that include private washer and dryer.. Other than that, everything was very good and perfect! Thank you Pine Ridge..

I like that Pineridge isn't a huge property. The maintanence service team are prompt and friendly. However the trees around the pool in my opinion is a bad idea. When the wind blows everything falls into the pool. The bottom of it needs to be vacuumed, the chairs needs to be sprayed, weeds pulled up from the cracks.
