    Your website clearing states pet friendly yet just below it states NO PETS policy. please update your site. This was a dealer breaker.

    My apologies that your experience was not pleasant. It is ALWAYS clearly vocalized and understood that a holding deposit is non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing by both parties, this instance included. The apartment was not ready, move in date was still 2 weeks in the future.

    I would not give Debbie any money to hold your apartment. This lady made me think a bunch of people wanted the place and solicited me to give her money to hold it. This may be legal but very unethical. My opinion is never give this lady money until you view the place. I went to look at the unit and it was not ready. I would not rent from this place and say you can do better if they are trying to steal money from hard working people.
