Peggy is a great landlord and I love how there's a full basement with a washer and dryer!
This is a great place to live. Peggy is the best, she makes sure everything is fixed and she is friendly. Residents can go and have cookies and coffee with her.
Henry is the best maintenance man ever.
Dogs are welcome and they get treats when we come visit Peggy.

Invest your money or rent elsewhere! This place deserves a negative rating at it's best. This community has consistently gone down hill over the years due to the negligence of both Foxcroft and the Condo Association (which has a financial situation in the negative). Their inability to work together leaves the community looking hoorible. Pool is not properly cared for (almost zero chlorine) and never opened on time. The grounds are not maintained. There is ALWAYS trash! Instead of properly hedging bushes and trees, maintenance will just chop them to nothing. And then leave the scraps just laying on the ground. Problem solved for them. Grass is not maintained at all, either. Pot holes are a serious safety issue and require numerous phone calls over months in order to get them filled. Another safety issue is lack of snow removal in a timely manner, meaning sometimes DAYS after a snowfall. The parking situation is not monitored nor enforced. Meaning, people attending the church who do not live in the community will park in reserved parking spots and fire lanes. This is a third HUGE safety issue. Lastly, the church will often throw large parties that go until 2AM and are significantly loud. Music is clearly heard inside home with all doors and windows closed. These parties sometimes go for 12+hrs!
