Staff was extremely helpful and very polite. If anyone is interested in a quiet living area with a great price range this is the place for you.

Very comfortable apartment. Feels like HOME! Hate to leave to go to work.

I would like to get a townhome here as soon as one is readily available for the one bedroom floor plan. From what I hear each apartment has its own individual basement with washer dryer hookup. Also I'm quite tired of spending five to ten dollars a week on coin operated laundry.

1 of 5 stars. Contacted them and asked in detail if there were credit or income requirements. They told me no so we spent the money and applied. They then did not call me back for 2 weeks. I called them and they said that I had to prove I had income in the area for 6 months into the future (because we were applying to get on a wait list early). I told them I could get it 1 month before the move and that they should have told me I would need that ahead of time because I would not have wasted my money. Then they said no biggie you will be on the wait list until then. Got an email today saying I was denied due to “reasons we can not disclose.” So basically took my money and ran. Feed us lies and I do not recommend living anywhere where people lie, can not contact you back, or cant answer their phone. Good riddance. Will be contacting HUD and BBB about this because I have written emails saying there is no credit or income requirements as well as a document saying I was accepted to just be denied later.
