Bed bugs! RUN! Do not rent from this place! Had to throw out my furniture that Id had for years before moving in. Right after we got into the place, the bugs came from under the carpets. Peeled back a section of baseboard and it was black with bug crap. Rose pest control lives out there. Everyday youd see someone throwing their mattresses and sofas into the dumpster because of bed bugs. And if you want them treated you have to pay for it yourself, and the person who brings it to their attention it is on them to have the entire unit treated. That includes the cost to treat their neighbors apartments as well. Do not move in!

great place to live! nice and clean. people are nice and welcoming! loved living there, but sadly moved away.

I would not recommend anyone to rent at Autumn Ridge, in Saginaw MI... Their care service is poor and the office staff is unprofessional. Always has excuses when work orders get put, their never on time about doing things! Also if someone apply that has section 8 run and run fast. You'll fall behind and they will send you court/ late payments notice. They did this to more than one of people i new that received section 8. Currently their asking for $25.00 application fee refundable if not approved! However their also making lies and excuses to keep application fee. My advice would be rent from a person/ business that appreciate their tenants and their business. April the so called office manager is a mess still can't see how she made being a manager as unprofessional as she is.. Mrs. M. Hibler
