Absolute worst service you will find from an apartment complex in Michigan. From what I can tell there are 2 employees in the main office who are responsible for around 500 tenets. If you see a positive review, it's because that person didnt have to deal with management. Everything from repairs, to moving in, to maintenance has been an incredible pain. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Here we go again! It's just getting cold and the heat is out again going on day 3 . Maintenance sucks! I called and put a service ticket in on 10/2 and no one has been out yet.Beware of the service you may get living her. Great area but Management sucks

Property manager is incompetent. I've had the same on-going issues for over 2 years. Their lawn maintenance crew accidentally cracked my window with a rock, roughly 6 months after I moved in. This was 2+ years ago!!! Window is still cracked. They gave my exgirlfriend access to my unit when I wasnt home and without permission. John is the property manager and he is the most condescending, inconsiderate landlord I have ever worked with. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!
