Very very noisy. At first it looks like a nice apartment but once youre in its very thin walls and flooring. You can hear everything above you from walking, stomping, loud bangs, closets opening, tv on, talking etc. Not fair for the price you pay.

Walls are paper thin! But I'm hardly ever home so I didn't mind so much. Pretty spacious for a 1 bedroom. Like the leasing agent Mel she seems to always be smiling. There are better places in the surrounding area to live. 700 flat should be there price for a 1 bedroom
