I love my apartment! The property manager, Al, is outstanding. Any time I have a concern, Al sees to it immediately. The complex is very quiet and we'll maintained. I enjoy having my own driveway. If you are looking for a new home I highly recommend Campbell Row Apartments!

Great location, great neighborhood, and awesome property manager! My roommate and I enjoyed our 12 month lease here very much. It's unfortunate that we had to move on. The property manager, Al did a fantastic job helping us get in, make sure we were good during our stay, and even upon exit he really cared about our best interest. This service is legitimately the best we've ever experienced. Definitely add this to the top of your list!

As far as apartments go Campbell Row is about as good as it gets. I say this because the word 'apartment' does not fully describe the amenities that you get living here. At Campbell Row you get 50% of a free standing house meaning that at most you share one wall with a neighbor so there is never someone stomping on the floor above you. You get you own drive way lane so that you are never competing for parking. You have a backyard should you need to let the pet out. And the location is great since you're close to many things including the highways should you have a commute ahead of you. The property management is excellent to work with whether you're having an issue with the unit or if you just have a question, very responsive. Maintenance also lives onsite so it does not take long for someone to help you out when needed. The area is excellent in terms of nice people, nice parks, nice road and close to any typical needs of a person (groceries, pharmacies, schools, etc.). If I had any issue throughout my time at Campbell Row that would only be that the units do not have a dishwasher but that's something I personally would prefer. Outside of that I would certainly recommend this affordable option for housing!

I just signed an application and I am on the waiting list. I have to say I just love Al. He is a great asset to the apartment complex. I'm very excited about moving to Royal Oak.

Great living space. Enough room for me and my roommate. Also love that it comes with a washer and dryer in the unit. Plus pet friendly! Al the property manager is a delight. Always prompt and helpful.
