I've been here for 23 years now.. That should say it all :-) If I have a problem they solve it.. If somethings broken it's fixed fast :-) And I trust our maintenance man... And I feel safe :-) Thank You!

Its Not Kid Friendly, No Pool And No Club House. The Walls Are Thin I Can Hear My Neighbors All The Time.

I feel safe here at kensington place town-homes, no breaking in people units, grounds are kept up, snow removal service, pretty much quiet....depends on if you have a thoughtful neighbors, carports are a plus too have for the winter months....and kensington have a great staff....

Not enough amenities for cost of rent, children playing in restricted areas, non residents often park in resident's parking spots, people not observing quiet hours, landscaping needs improvement, residents dumping trash outside of dumpsters, residents leaving dumpster doors open, facility needs updating, fixtures, etc. Too many speed bumps!
