The shopping district, downtown Rochester, schools, restaurants, grocery stores etc. The schools are great! A safe, family friendly and quiet community! Pet friendly! Meadowfield has an awesome maintenance team that takes care of any issues inside of your home. The grounds are kept well with beautiful trees and landscaping. Great place to live and to raise a family!

I love my townhouse! Beautiful location, lots of mature trees and great walking paths, easy access to trails and downtown Rochester, and lots of space for a great price. The office staff has been very friendly and accommodating, and the maintenance has been prompt and professional. I'm definitely planning on staying for a long time!

The management gal was gracious and professional. However my husband and I were VERY turned off by the condition of the basement of the townhome. It had obvious painted over mold on the basement walls and some visible standing water.

My husband and I have been living here going on four years...We've been please for the most part, but there are some not-so-pleasant aspects. The hard water...it stains our sinks and toilet bowls. A glass of water poured from the kitchen faucet literally fizzes and is cloudy. Management replaced our kitchen faucets in late 2019, but ours is already semi-clogged with mineral deposits.
Then, just prior to the Covid-19 lockdown, we were given a notice stating that we were obliged to submit to a "home inspection" at any time from 10AM to 5PM. I called the Office and asked what was going on, why the inspection and the person's first reaction was "Why, are you a hoarder?" (No, I'm not, but due to my work schedule I sleep until about noon daily and I didn't relish either getting up early to wait for the inspectors or having them come into my house while I was sound asleep.) I ended up getting out of bed and dressed after only three hours' sleep only to wait all day with no inspectors showing up and no explanation for their non-appearance from Management.
