I lived here for 2 years. I regret resigning my lease after year one. This place never told me when I moved in that I was going to be moving into a smoking building. The smell just kept getting worse and worse as time went on. When I mentioned it to them they offered to move me but I would have to pay all these fees to move. It was just easier to move some where else that was a non smoking complex. Anytime you went into the office the staff was not friendly almost looked at you like you were a prisoner. If you emailed the apartment about something you would have to threaten to call corporate in order to get a response. I will never recommend this complex to anyone.
