I'm a current resident and have enjoyed living here. Maintenance has been very responsive with small and large concerns, even after hours. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. The apartment itself is a good size with plenty of storage. The apartment is conveniently located, close to multiple grocery stores, shopping complexes, and close to the highways.

Do not recommend this place to anyone. Where do I begin? Lets start with my move in date. I was she dialed to move in and on the date of me moving after I had rented a moving truck and workers, they said that it would be another 2 weeks until I could move in because they needed to replace the carpet, and a few other things. Why wouldnt they have told me in advance? This place on the outside may look friendly but in the end they truly do not care about you once you sign the contract. I have lost out on a lot of money because of this place from the very first day I was set to move in. They will paint over to cover what is wrong with the walls/cabinets/ etc. so you wont notice it on the first date of moving in. I was also gone for vacation and they had towed my car stating it was abandoned because it had a flat tire. I wasnt aware of my flat tire until I had left for vacation and finding out my car is at a impound lot. It doesnt matter if you have your vehicle down on the lease and if you get a flat tire the managers will give the tow company a call or the a okay to give your car out of their lot. I am now going to have to pay $600 to just bring my car back right where it was sitting before. I was also out of $380 for all the rental equipment and labor cost I had to pay on my very first move in date because they failed to inform me of what was going on. I DO NOT RECCOMEMD THIS PLACE.

I paid everything on time for the first month's rent but they failed to tell me how much I actually owe them until two and a half weeks later the due date. They also failed to notify me during the time that I was being fined twice ( first time $75, and the second time $150) then had the balls to tell me that they made a mistake with the billing process but I still had to paid the late fee fines, even tho it wasn't my fault, less I use my "one time courtesy waiver". **!!DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES OR ASTHMA!!** My boyfriend can't move in with me like we originally planned do to the bad air quality here. I found out the hard way that the furnace filter hadn't been changed in well over 1+ year(s) and if you wanted to use a better quality filter, you'll have to buy the filter yourself and change it yourself because it takes the maintenance people over a month to do anything. And if ANY of your neighbors are cooking or smoking anything in their apartment, the smell will find its way into your apartment. The plumbing sucks, every faucet is either leaks or has chunks of rust build up in the pipes. Do to the heavy amount of rust in the water, it's highly recommended to buy a water purifier or filter. People are constantly blairy there music from their cars and yelling outside no matter how late it is at night. The "parking lot security" do nothing but driving around in circles all night and do nothing. Non-handicap are parking in the handicap parking spot and other people are parking in the middle of the road no-parking areas a d getting away with it. Payments end up going missing if you don't dropped it off in person. Buildings are not being maintained nor repaired. Building materials and scraps are hidden behind bushes a d shrubs instead of properly disposed. Fallen or knocked down signs are never replaced, some of them were never picked up in the first place. Apartments are not partially refinished before new tenets move in. The list of problems goes on...

Club One staff members are more then helpful! They actually have a model apartment that you can walk through! They take you on a tour of the entire community showing you the pool, club house, and workout area. Definitely a friendly community!
