I have been overall satisfied with my experience so far. There are only a few issues here and there, nothing major. My biggest gripe would be the yearly increase in rent, but understandably that is part of the housing market currently.
Love The Apartment, Very Spacious, Quality Appliances, Flooring, Etc., Quiet Environment, Lots Of Storage Space, No "Maintenance" Related Issues As Of Yet, Very Friendly Office Staff. One Complaint I Have Is That All The Storage Units In The Basement Were Full And The Staff Didn'T Make Any Effort (That I Know Of) To Find A Storage Unit For Me. Also, My Rent Increased $50/Mo When I Signed My New Lease And If It Increases Again I Will Not Be Returning To Plymouth House.
No problems with the apartment in the last year. The ladies in the office have been nice to.
I cannot open my Window without smelling the smoke from the people who work in the office right across the hall.
I believe that the office does a great job staying on top of things. I realize that the central office handles decisions such as rent increases. I have become severely agitated with the increase in my rent over the last few years. It is actually due to these increases that I have regretfully decided to leave Plymouth House Apartments; if you do not take better care of your leasers, you will continue to lose business.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
