I have been overall satisfied with my experience so far. There are only a few issues here and there, nothing major. My biggest gripe would be the yearly increase in rent, but understandably that is part of the housing market currently.
Love The Apartment, Very Spacious, Quality Appliances, Flooring, Etc., Quiet Environment, Lots Of Storage Space, No "Maintenance" Related Issues As Of Yet, Very Friendly Office Staff. One Complaint I Have Is That All The Storage Units In The Basement Were Full And The Staff Didn'T Make Any Effort (That I Know Of) To Find A Storage Unit For Me. Also, My Rent Increased $50/Mo When I Signed My New Lease And If It Increases Again I Will Not Be Returning To Plymouth House.
I lived at these apartments before back in 2014 with a friend in a two bedroom and am as satisfied with them then as I am now living in a one bedroom by myself! Everything is clean, comfortable, and in good, working order!
Friendly staff. Quiet. Near downtown Plymouth and Canton. Concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Rent either comparable for the area and sometimes cheaper than other apts in the area. Spacious.
Be careful. Watch out for switching apartments on you that are unfit. For living.
Our community offers vibrant natural surroundings and secluded suburban charm.
