I have been overall satisfied with my experience so far. There are only a few issues here and there, nothing major. My biggest gripe would be the yearly increase in rent, but understandably that is part of the housing market currently.
Love The Apartment, Very Spacious, Quality Appliances, Flooring, Etc., Quiet Environment, Lots Of Storage Space, No "Maintenance" Related Issues As Of Yet, Very Friendly Office Staff. One Complaint I Have Is That All The Storage Units In The Basement Were Full And The Staff Didn'T Make Any Effort (That I Know Of) To Find A Storage Unit For Me. Also, My Rent Increased $50/Mo When I Signed My New Lease And If It Increases Again I Will Not Be Returning To Plymouth House.
plymouth house apartments are the best. i've lived here for a year now and i love this apartment. big open rooms, ceiling fans, beautiful new screen doors... thats just the beginning. the girls in the office are super nice too, and maintenance is quick!
I decided not to lease. I was able to find an apartment with in-unit laundry for a comparable price. The unit they showed me was still dirty.
This place is disgusting. I can't wait to move out. The manager in the office is so rude. I was told the girls vacuum the hallways once a week which is a complete joke because my hallway is so dirty. Even when I called corporate to complain the lady in charge was even more rude than the manager in the office. The rent is absolutely ridiculous. Even though I got a pet and I am moving in a few months I still was required to pay the full 310 for the animal at which is outrageous. This place is not worth the 800 dollars I pay. I won't even go in the basement because there are mice and rats it. It is disgusting. I am always killings bugs in my apartment. There are hardly any lights on the buildings at night time so its completely dark when you are walking into your apartment at night or walking a dog. I highly recommend people not to move into here.
