    Would not even consider me as a tenant due to being a smoker (trying to quit). Offered to sign an agreement I would not smoke in the premises they refused. Ive lived elsewhere that had a no smoking policy added to their lease and they did not refuse tenants due to being smokers. I wonder if this is a type of discrimination?
