I have very much enjoyed living here. It is fairly quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and the outside of the buildings is very pretty and park-like. There are even picnic benches and grills outside for everyone to use. The complex regularly does activities and prize drawings. My only complaint is that my apartments has had wasps a couple of times.

Overall the apartments are a good place to live. For the price and location, you cannot beat it (especially with utilities included). The maintenance is extremely fast and nice as are the staff usually. However, I will warn you that the carpet is very cheap, it stains when nothing is spilled and looks gross after shampooing. All of the baseboards have visible nail gun holes and a LOT of the paint is chipping. Our toilet has never worked properly after maintenance visiting 3 times for it. Our shower had caulk that keeps coming undone (maintenance used the wrong type of caulk for a shower) and then it looked gross after it had been caked on so many times. Also, I requested many times to be notified when an updated apartment becomes available to move into, and they never know when one will become available. I wouldnt have minded the small space as much if I could be allowed to move into a more updated unit. Overall, the apartment is a good spot for the money but if I couldve afforded more, I definitely wouldnt have lived there.

The apartments are very cheap. Windows areextremely drafty making it cold in the winter and stuffy in the summer. You can tell the lack of professionalism with the poor paint job. Maintenence has been a problem. Needing to call them 3 to 4 times to redo their repairs

I have been very happy with the office and maintenance staff. They have been very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint is that the monthly rates are quite high compared to nicer, newer Edward Rose apartments friends of mine have lived in.

Thank you for your positive comments. Although we recently implemented a rental increase, we were able to refrain from increasing rates during the poor economy and continue to provide comparable rates based on our location and competition. Additionally, we pay for gas, heat and trash removal.
