I love cedar creek I used to live here staff was friendly and they always kept the apartment in good condition

Great location and a lot of space for the money! Heat was free! Close to shopping and entertainment.

A 25 lb weight limit on dogs is absurd. My 65 lb dog is going to be taking a therapy dog evaluation shortly, and is a model citizen. My sister's dog is probably around 25 lb, and he lacks social skills and will bark his head off. My dog will be welcome in hospitals, but not your apartment complex?? Screw that.

I have been a loyal tenant in this community, paying the rent on time, obey the community rule, and even protect the community during the COVID 19. However, things have changed completely. The lease renewal notice has changed my feeling to this apartment complex totally. I have kept hearing from friends that their rent has not increased or increased only $10 or 20/month starting from September 2021. But in my case, my rent increased by $50/month. When asked the office crew (new people since end of July) why they treated people so differently, they didnt attempt to explain and started to get angry at me. They wont help you to find out the reason, but asked me to contact their area manager directly to find out the reason. The more terrible thing is that the number they gave can only be used to leave a voice message and nobody even care to return the call after a week. It seems they dont care tenants concern at all. Their attitude has frustrated me and I really dont get explanation why they treated me so badly. If the management team can see this message, please contact me and I can offer the evidence for what I mentioned here. As a suggestion for new people, please be careful when you come to this community. 4 stars are to give to my past experience, but no star at all since this August.

The rent is very affordable for the area. Very safe and clean! Office staff is Great!

The people at the leasing office were so extremely kind and helpful. When an apartment of mine fell through and scammed me, (took app fee and completely ghosted me) the people at cedar creek worked with me to get me into an apartment within a week. Im excited to live here. Thank you cedar creek and your awesome employees for helping me in a super stressful situation.
