Dont move here unless you have no choice. This place is poorly ran. If you dont believe me just walk into any building, which you can because none of the building doors are secure. The hallways are old, the walls have old dirty paint, the carpets are old and stale smelling. Walk the parking lots and look at the windows on each building and youll see several fogged windows that need to be replaced. Also youll see blinds on the second floor hallway of most buildings and they are yellow and beat up. I never see any staff walk the grounds and pick up trash or tidy the areas around the dumpsters. The only place on the grounds that are kept pristine is the area around the office just for show. The staff is friendly but the upkeep is awful. I moved here in a pinch and as soon as I asked about the hallways I was told they were getting re-done will Im 6 months into my lease and nothing. Im moving to Westgate IV as soon as my lease is up. For this place to be in Novi and nestled between 3 other complexes you would think it would be in better shape. Even the grass isnt kept up, its full of weeds and there are no sprinklers to water it to take care of it. Spend your money elsewhere for a better maintained apartment community.
