I would never recommend this place to anyone. They will find any excuse to charge you as much as they want and take your whole security deposit for any minor detail they want. Even after I spent days cleaning the whole place. They never answer the phone or respond to email or voicemails. This place is terrible at notifying, especially of any upcoming maintenance. It also apparently is not their fault when you ask I direct question and they lie about the answer. They are not flexible with any ask or complaint. There apartments are falling apart and have very thin walls. So old and not remodeled whatsoever. So not live here if you value time, money, and compassionate service.

Do not move here if you value your money and appreciate a quality apartment. I've lived in the Springs for 2 years in a 2 bedroom apt and initially the rent was $835. It rose to $865 last year and we just got notice it was going up to $905 but the quality of the apartment continues to go down. We have old fashioned knobs on closets and doors that continue to come off, a defective washer and dryer and a stove that does not work properly. Our kitchen counter tops have been coming apart since before we moved in and the property refuses to address, they did note it so we would not be charged when we moved.....Wow, thanks!!! The Springs brags on free water and heat but the water ALWAYS comes out cloudy from the faucets and it keeps turning our toilet brown from whatever is in this toxic water. Can Edward Rose & Sons honestly say this water is safe to drink, bath and cook with? It reminds me of the lead in Flint's water and being a mother of a 2 year old, I can't take the risk with my child so we always use bottled waters. Snow removal is a joke as they use a pick up truck to remove the snow. I'm from Southfield and my former complex continues to do an amazing job with snow removal and repairs so imagine my disappointment and frustrating moving to sought after Novi only to realize that with Edward Rose & Sons that you will only be paying for the name, not quality. Save your money and sanity and please move somewhere else!!!!!!!

We are overall happy living here. The office staff (specially the manager) has been very nice and cooperative with us. The only thing is Neighbors often throw trash around our apartment (front porch and entrance) which is unacceptable. We have brought this situation to the main office who is supposedly looking into this.

Office staff is very personable and professional. Maintenance issues are addressed in timely manner. Only complaint is parking, first-come, first-serve, and having to pay for the covered spots. I work off-shift and coming home at night and having to park a building or so away and walk during winter, in the dark, was not safe or convenient. Choose to pay for covered parking spot for safety and convenience.
