Beautiful grounds. I love walking around in the spring time, there are flowering trees everywhere and the pool is very clean, I normally don't like public pools. Maintenance responds fast, usually same day I need a repair. The office staff is friendly.

Lived her in late 80's early 90's and I loved it. Maintenance appeared immediately after service request. Great staff, generous apartments. I lived in a one bedroom with den with woods on two sides. I miss the weather in Novi except for the freezing rain in winter. The only change that appears to have been made is now there are hardwood floors instead of carpet in the main living area. Close to everything, shopping, grocers, discount stores, restaurants, outdoor farmers markets, veterinary hospital, medical and very easy to find your way to anywhere. I miss living in Novi. Rents have doubled and I'm sure renter still pays all utilities except cold water. It would cost about $1700 a month for living expenses. No different from Duluth Minnesota. Probably cheaper. I've been a homeowner for years since moving to Duluth. I highly recommend Fountain Park in Novi, MI.

Well I had it a 5 a few years ago, but now they dont have ceiling fans in the apartments anymore, unless youve been here awhile, & now they dont have microwaves anymore, as of 5-6 years ago, I was lucky to move in in 2011, only way I found out about no microwaves anymore is mine just craped out, wonder whats next for them to get rid of
