Edit: Maintenance man showed up ONE WEEK, after we reported the mold and humidity issues. He came in aggressively with a can of spray primer. Didnt even look at the problem areas or mold. Didnt take the vent off to inspect the mold inside. He just showed up angry, sprayed the around the vent with primer, got it all over a handmade wooden table my dad made me, said hes quitting and lectured us on not renting an apartment then left. I dont even know what to do at this point. There is no sense of urgency when it comes to major maintenance issues. We reported a mold issue in our apartment, specifically bedroom. I will spare details out of respect. Went to the office and made a work order (friday). There has been no contact, hopefully this will get me somewhere. I understand Staffing issues but at least give me a dehumidifier or tell me you dont care. Luxury living, the ground hornets nests outside my back patio seem to be having the time of their lives. For $1600 I hope theyd be happy. Also, its impossible to get through to the office via phone. Impossible.

I only put one start because 0 was not an option. I am attempting to get some answers about charges, and have called 26 times to today (they only answered once) and was then put on hold for close to an hour only to have them hang up. The apartments are nice but they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Jacuzzi heat stays off. Residents leave pet droppings in the grass. No pet stations along the walk paths

Management is beyond awful. It took me 3 phone calls, an unanswered email, and finally just barging in the leasing office just to get scheduled in for a tour. Once I applied for an apartment (based on the fact that I really loved the apartment itself, the community and amenities) they took my application fee and security deposit, about $500 of my money held up for over a week with no answer as to if I had been approved or not. Every time I tried to call and find out what was going on I either went unanswered after leaving voicemails, my emails also went unanswered again, and once I was able to get ahold of someone, she was so rude and talked over me the entire conversation. I just gave up and said forget it. Would have loved to love there, but not worth dealing with that type of management!

Office management is aweful. Rude and there is no follow up. The JRK property management is even worse. Been trying to contact them for a year. Worst place ever to live.
