Maintenance is sloppy. Paint jobs have dried drips down the walls and smudged in the corner. The water quality is bad. I live next to some hoarders so it kinda stinks. If you park in the streets they put stickers on your car that are very difficult to remove and leave residue. There are a ton of wasps around the area and you can spray your own house as much as you want but other people won't do it, so the wasps just keep coming. Maintenance doesn't care. I was ten minutes late once after 2 years of paying rent on time and got a late fee. Ten minutes. Not one day, not a week, ten minutes. Lazy and rude staff. It's a safe neighborhood and ok to rent for awhile, I would not buy here, however.

Office staff could be more friendly. You really have to go down there and complain vs calling them in order for them to do anything... I feel they are a bit lazy. Water quality is so terrible and hard. There should really be a water softener system. Our clothes and dishes are being ruined!!

The management team is great however I am very dissatisfied first I have no address sign outside, my porch as well as the carpet inside of my home is now so filthy and embarrassing due to all of the mud all around my home I can't even get to my steps without covering my shoes in mud then No one cleaned our pipes out before we moved in so my one year old daughter was drinking and bathing in yellow dirty water for two weeks because we were constantly being told it was okay until two weeks later

I love living at Northville Crossing. It is peaceful and the people in the office and community are friendly. The only thing that I wish would have been done is that the builders or maintenance would have cleaned up after the build of this home and removed stickers from windows. There is still lots of debris all over outside from the build including nails, screws, latches, pieces of the siding and cigarette butts everywhere. I tried to pick up the nails etc. so that I don't get a flat tire

I am really just now in the process of moving in. My disappointment is in regards to all the issues with my brand new home. The kitchen shelves are too short, thereby they fall down. My dryer doesn't work. Some of the paint on the walls was very sloppy. A door knob doesn't fit properly. Some kitchen cupboard doors are on backward. The ceiling fan does not work.
