Northridge Meadow Apartments

Current resident, these people are terrible, the apartment is basic for the amount asked, you never get a straight answer on maintenance or anything else. They also pay you utilities bills without your knowledge, and then charge you for the bill and an admin fee so a simple 66 dollar bill, could turn into an extra 160 in rent. All hidden in the print of the terrible lease . My fridge won't stay shut, two walls in my place don't have power, I can go on and on. Crazy part only been here a couple months, wouldn't recommend to the homeless.

All the problems 1. Bees (I'm allergic) presently 2. Constant, year round insect infestation. 3. I moved into a filthy apartment. The women who lived here before me were chain smokers. Not only did this apartment smell nasty. The inside of every closet, drawer, crevice, crack, EVERYTHING had to be scrubbed down by me. 4. Mice. I had mice for a month before management called anyone to come out and help me and by then my cat killed all three. 6. My neighbor's disposal backed up into my drain; spewing out pasta, flooding my sink and spilling out onto the floor. 7. Brand new dishwasher that leaked water like a faucet onto floor. 8. The main building door does not work for days!! Tenants are locked out of building and management doesnt consider it an emergency We had to duct tape door open. 9. Ice. Layers of thick, thick ice in the winter, not salted. Tenants falling. 10. No entrance light over our building door. 11. The seal for my front door is gone. Insects and air come under the door freely. Cold air blows under in winter. 12. Entire shelf collapses in my bedroom. 13. SEWER gas from the sink! It's absolutely gross. 14. Washers and dryers that don't work half the time and when they do; they don't clean. Laundry tub that's filthy. 16. Tenants pay for water now; however, dont expect to be able to take a hot shower if your neighbor is using theirs! 17. Tenants now pay for garbage pickup - others trash and couches/mattresses the tenant was to lazy to take to the dump. 19. My bathroom fan is old My bathroom gets so much moisture in it, water is dripping down mirrors after a short shower. 20. Intercom system in front of the building where you can hear tenant in her apartment from the outside. If you complain, management will be forced to take legal action.
