Management staff is very rude; they show no respect for renters. They would also enter apartment without asking or permission.

It was disappointing that the pool closed early and it wasn't communicated to the community. I only found out when I was all ready to go swimming - sunscreen and all and we walked over.

The portal is also disappointing. The fact that my roommate and I can't split payments is archaic. Seems like a very basic function that should be available.

Maintenance ticket are solved quick and they are very approachable. Did not give higher rate because some of the office personnel are not as friendly and the landscaping around and behind our apartment is not maintained properly.
